Drink plenty of water

Water is a great natural cleanser. It flushes the toxins out of your body that may cause the build up of cellulite. As well as this, it may also help you to lose weight. Water speeds up your metabolism and gives you an overall healthy glow. Make sure that you get the required 8 glasses a day.

Get exercise

A sedentary lifestyle is one of the worst thing you can do, if you are wanting to avoid cellulite. Get in 30 minutes of cardio each day. This can be split up into 10 minutes sessions if you would like. This type of exercise can be skipping, running and swimming.
